megga88 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.
Each person may hold only one (1) account on the megga88 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information during the registration process. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. megga88 accepts no responsibility for losses or delays arising from the provision of incorrect account information.
You are solely responsible for the security of your megga88 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify megga88 immediately at [email protected]. megga88 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access was facilitated by the Member's own failure to safeguard their credentials.
megga88 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects is being operated fraudulently, in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or in a manner inconsistent with the normal usage patterns of a genuine individual player.
All transactions on the megga88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). megga88 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank online banking, subject to minimum deposit thresholds as displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
Deposits are credited to your megga88 account balance as soon as the payment processor confirms receipt of funds. megga88 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. megga88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the technical capabilities of the relevant payment provider. megga88 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
megga88 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar day, as communicated in the cashier section of the platform. Withdrawals subject to pending bonus wagering requirements will be held until those requirements are satisfied.
All bonuses and promotions offered by megga88 are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount), game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and time-limited validity windows.
Bonus terms are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in. It is the Member's responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus. megga88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus systems — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
All bets placed on the megga88 platform are subject to the game-specific rules of the relevant product, as published within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between a general platform rule and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail in respect of that game.
megga88 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed: (a) after the commencement of the relevant event due to a technical timing error; (b) at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system fault; or (c) on an event the outcome of which was known at the time of placement. All void bets will be refunded to the Member's account balance.
megga88 enforces minimum and maximum bet limits across all products. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the megga88 platform and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:
megga88 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report any suspected criminal activity, including suspected money laundering, to the relevant Malaysian and international authorities.
All content on the megga88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, game graphics, software interfaces, written content, and visual design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of megga88 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any megga88 content without the prior written consent of megga88. Unauthorised use of megga88 intellectual property will be pursued under applicable copyright and trademark law.
megga88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
megga88 may share Member data with third parties solely where required: (a) to process financial transactions; (b) to verify identity in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations; (c) to comply with a lawful order from a court or regulatory authority; or (d) with your explicit consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, megga88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or system errors.
megga88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
megga88 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any game, feature, or content on the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions, for which megga88 shall not be liable.
megga88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member account at any time, without prior notice and without obligation to provide reasons, where megga88 reasonably determines that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform; or (c) continued operation of the account is inconsistent with megga88's responsible gaming obligations.
Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining balance (excluding bonuses and bonus-derived winnings not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
Accounts subject to active responsible gaming self-exclusion orders may not be reopened during the self-exclusion period. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion will not be honoured within the original exclusion window.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licensing framework under which megga88 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be submitted to megga88's customer support team for informal resolution.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body under megga88's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Nothing in this clause limits megga88's right to seek interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other legally protectable interests.
megga88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email to the registered account address or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.
Continued use of the megga88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Members who do not accept the revised terms must close their account before the effective date of the amendment.
